Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
On the Day of Delivery
For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.

Very very nice bed, so sturdy and so easy to build! Only thing I didn’t like is the slat holder, it doesn’t have any instructions on how to take off the slat holder. I managed to break 2 of them because there was no instruction on what was first it just shows how to place it which could be done in different order. But I’ve figured out a way which is a little more tricky but works. The bed is great overall! I highly recommend

The Brooklyn Wing Bed Frame, in Ivory White Boucle Fabric is great and easy to assemble comes, with instruction and has a very good style. The product is like description, took a while to have delivered but other than that great use of product.

This is the second Tommy Swiss bed that I’ve ordered and have been impressed yet again! You would think this bed is way more expensive than what it actually is. Found the quality to be really good and looks so nice with the boucle fabric. Putting it together took slightly longer than anticipated but honestly not that. Super happy with my choice!
