What happens once you have placed your order with us? Please see below on how we process your order quickly and efficiently

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY

For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.

For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 2-6 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 4-12 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. Good quality bed for a great price and fast delivery!

We had been looking for a bed similar to the Celine Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame (Tuscan Beige Fabric) for some time and had ordered with someone else, however when that order was cancelled due to there being no stock, we ordered from Tommy Swiss.

Our bed arrived in only a few days after ordering and although the box was ripped upon arrival (could have been the couriers fault), the bed was in good condition and relatively straightforward to put together.

Just make sure you have an electric driver for the screws as much quicker.

Would have given it 5 stars, however one of the side panels had a glue mark, which was a bit disappointing. However couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending back and it’s not noticeable once the bed is made up.

One other good tip is to fit the wood slats into the plastic before you clip in the plastic holders, as hard to bend the slats into the plastic once they’re clipped in.
