Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details
For all large oversized items, please call the courier company quoting your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery day. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.
For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 1-5 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 2-7 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-12 working days, and at times can be longer.
Some items are marked as free shipping. Please note this may however exclude some regional areas inc Goldcoast and Newcastle.

Very disappointed with the courier service who made no attempt to contact us for delivery. We were lucky that someone was at home to take delivery when they rocked up unexpectedly.
Over all great quality! Solid bed. Easy to assemble. The liner that goes in the storage area didn't fit properly, but doesnt affect thr bed at all, we wil be getting boxes to go in there anyway
Was initially very nervous about this purchase because of the price. The bed frame was delivered within 7 business days like they said! It did come with two sets of instructions so we had to work out which ones were the correct ones, but after we did that the bed was built within 3 hours with two people. Gas lift works perfectly and I love how the bed looks, very impressed!
