For all large oversized items, please call the courier company quoting your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery day. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.

For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 1-5 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 2-7 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days.
