What happens once you have placed your order with us? Please see below on how we process your order quickly and efficiently
Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.
For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 2-6 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 4-12 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-14 working days, and at times can be longer.
Some items are marked as free shipping. Please note this may however exclude some regional areas inc Goldcoast and Newcastle.

It took us a long time to work out which bed that we were after to fit in our spare room. We have a large family and the bed we had in there was clunky, noisy and had edges that would shave your shins! We wanted something robust, clean lines with a fashionable bed head for kids climbing over their parents.
Then we came across Tommy Swiss and the exact bed (Hans Fabric Bed Frame) that we were after with our choice of colour (charcoal). We read the reviews with earnest because that's when you feel other people's frustration when parts aren't delivered or your expectations are dashed....but there was not one bad review. We agree with "Mr Swiss" - furniture prices are way too expensive for what you get, and we thank the disgruntled investment banker for disrupting the Australian furniture industry by making quality furniture accessible for everyday Australians.
Thank you Tommy Swiss for providing a bed of beautiful design, attention to fine detail; someone who answered your hotline after when it said you were closed, a delivery that arrived within two days of paying for it online, and instructions that even we could understand to build a great bed with pre-sprung slats to position the mattress perfectly.
