Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.
For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 2-6 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 4-12 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-14 working days, and at times can be longer.
Some items are marked as free shipping. Please note this may however exclude some regional areas inc Gold Coast and Newcastle.

Easy setup & looks great. Initially we were both nervous about the quality of the bed because of the price. But once I assembled it, I found that it was one of the most sturdiest beds I have put together. Just brought another in a different style for the spare bedroom
Upon seeing her sister’s new bed, she is now eyeing off a bed for herself.
The instructions are terrible and the screws are in the wrong place. We had to put extra holes in to fit it together. Some screws don’t even line up and we’ve had to leave them out. Some of the plastic pieces holding the bed slats broke whilst we fitted it together. Took us 4 hours to put together! The bed will be a nightmare to disassemble and put back together if we moved house
This bed is fantastic! It takes little time to put together however it is study and the fabric on the bed head is great quality. My daughter is exceptionally pleased! I love all my purchases from Tommy Suisse!
Bought a Coco fabric bed for our guest room. Fantastic value for money. Good quality finish. Packed in one box. Easy to erect with simple instructions. We have an electric screw driver which made everything easier to put together.
