NEXT DAY DISPATCH

Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY

For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.

Good Bed

When we first tried to put this bed together two of the side pieces had the pre drilled holes incorrectly. It was a Sunday and I emailed Tommy Swiss with photos. I had a response the next day. New side pieces were couriered out. We put together the bed with ease and we love it. Its so nice and good quality for the price. Customer service is good and response time is quick. Happy with the overall bed and customer service.

Very nice bed

The bed is very comfortable and looks great. Quality of the material is also good. Impressed with the product, esp. given the lower price point.

One star less due to poor delivery (was left outside in the rain instead of in the secure and dry entryway) and the rather difficult and not greatly described assembly instructions.
