Arch Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame (Ivory White Boucle Fabric)

I bought this product a little over a month ago and I’m really happy with my purchase.

The bed looks exactly like it does in the pictures and it’s very cute. I absolutely love it!!

When moving around on the bed, you don’t hear the slats or any other parts making noise.

Lifting the gas-lift mechanism is very easy, and having storage under the bed is great since my bedroom is tiny. I’d say you can store items up to about 20 cm high, maybe a tiny bit more.

The customer service was great too! I wasn’t sure which bed frame to choose (a bed frame with drawers or a gas lift), and Marie from customer service was not only very nice but also super quick to reply every time.

On delivery day, the lady who delivered my bed frame was kind enough to help me carry it up my few stairs and bring it inside my apartment. I knew that not every delivery person would do that (as stated on their website), so that was a really nice bonus.

As for the instructions booklet, one or two steps were a bit challenging for me. I assembled the bed on my own and it took me about four hours.

Overall, assembling it alone was honestly quite easy since there’s no heavy lifting involved, but I did lose some time on the following steps:

Steps 9–10 (once the gas lift is installed and the slats are in place):
-Assembling the slats was a bit tricky at first because I didn’t fully understand how to do it. As shown in step 10-2, you need to connect pieces 5-H-6-H-5 together. It’s easier if you clip the outer pieces…

Can’t really think of anything to complain about this bed frame. Was easy enough to assemble with two people, delivery took just over a week. One tiny piece was missing (an attachment for one of the slats) but I emailed tommy swiss and they had a replacement sent within the week. The gas lift works really well and has given me so much extra room for storage. The fabric looks really luxe in my room and is super soft to the touch.
