- LHLena H.Verified BuyerRated 4 out of 5 stars1 week agoBeautiful bed
I was a bit sceptical about buying a bed on line, but need not have been. The bed arrived well packaged and was fairly easy to erect (took 2 of us about 3 hours- you definitely need 2 people as it is quite heavy). The only issue was a couple of the holes for the bolts didn’t line up, which made it a little tricky.
Also one of the plastic holders for the slats was broken, but Tommy Swiss were amazing to deal with and sent out a new piece immediately (with a few spares).
The bed looks amazing erected, exactly like the photos. A truly beautiful bed!

- JTJennifer T.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars5 months agoBeautiful, functional & comfortable - great customer service
Recently downsized to a small space with limited storage, I wanted a classic look . The Charlotte bed was just what I was after.
Delivered in 3 boxes ( 2 for the bed , 1 for the mattress) it was constructed in a few hours with help . One of the slats was damaged, but after an email to customer service, replacements sent and easily installed ( at no extra cost)
Loads of storage , easily accessible. Very comfortable bed and stylish.
Very happy with the bed, and experience with the Tommy Swiss team. Great communication, delivery on time - for free. Highly recommended, my Brother has just placed an order .

The bed was much better than I expected and I had high expectations. Easy enough to put together and it took about an hour from start to finish. Frame is very stable when utilising the gas lift. Under bed storage easy to access from the top. Would recommend
- JKJohn K.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars9 months agoGreat Quality Frame, Excellent Storage
Overall, very happy with the Charlotte Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame.
The materials feel premium, and the framing is very secure and sturdy. The headboard feels secure and comfy, and the storage area is very generous, making it a fantastic space-saver.
I highly recommend it!
