When I received the bed frame, the head board slightly damaged so i took the picture and send it to the support team.. and they offered for replacement , it took quite a while to recieve the replacement..because of the distance but im happy with my purchased, Affordable price, good quality and easy to assemble.

Very quick delivery and the bed was relatively easy to set up.
All parts, screws and hardware were included, so bonus point for that!!!!
Absolutely beautiful guest bedroom bed frame, that has elevated my space to a nice luxury room.
The gas lift is easy to lift, has a little black pull handle and up she goes.

When taking all the elements out of the box, do check that you have all the materials listed before you proceed. I laid it all out on the floor to check only to find I was missing 4 critical M8 bolts and was therefore unable to proceed past step 2. Without having a phone number to call is annoying, though Tommy Swiss do respond via email very quickly. In a matter of days, I had the missing bolts.
The instructions are pretty straight forward, so I found it relatively simple to put together myself, however it is handy if you have assistance. Take note: the hydraulic arms required to lift and close the bed, require the weight of the mattress on the frame in order to operate. I thought I had faulty parts till I realised you can't move them by hand. Once the frame was complete, the mattress dropped on top, the gas lift did its job, happy days.
Re: quality, I did find a horizontal crease right through the middle of the bedhead. I'm hoping that this is just a case of the fabric needing to settle. Otherwise, great quality, plenty of storage under (we got the king size), exceptional product. Highly recommend.

We are short on storage in our unit and this bed helped solve the problem. Chosen by my 11 year old daughter after much deliberation of styles and colours. She loves it!! It did take me a couple of hours to put it together. But end result is a beautiful bed!

This is the most gorgeous bed that we have ever had. It is sturdy and at the same time instragramable. The beige colour is perfect and I personally think it looks more beautiful in real life than it was in the picture on the website.

So happy with my purchase of the Tommy Swiss Emilie Gas Lift Storage Wing Bed Frame. The parts came dismantled in 2 separate boxes and the bed took me a few hours to build on my own (Instructions were sufficient but not easy to follow with only images supplied). Super happy with the results. Just LOVE the gas lift feature - Will definitely be a returning customer in the future! Downfalls were that I was not alerted to any of the deliveries and the courier company were not responsive for the delivery but in the end I received both boxes safely.
