What happens once you have placed your order with us? Please see below on how we process your order quickly and efficiently
Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details
For all large oversized items, please call the courier company quoting your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery day. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.
For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 1-5 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 2-7 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-12 working days, and at times can be longer.
Some items are marked as free shipping. Please note this may however exclude some regional areas inc Goldcoast and Newcastle.

One of the best experiences I have had. Bed arrived in reasonable time and was super easy to build and install. Definitely great value for money and 5 stars from me.
Surprised at how it was packaged, arrived very safely. I would say this bed is a lot easier to install than my previous experiences that you could get away with doing it by yourself. The quality is good and structure is extremely sturdy. Much better than I expected for this price
everything worked alright except the slats are a bit weaker than expected
This is a reasonable product for the cheap price. However, a few things to mention - the grey bed frame is darker than the pictured colour, and looks more like a dark grey/charcoal. It’s also quite a low bed frame, so you are fairly low to the ground. The wooden slacks are very cheap quality, unfortunately one of mine broke as I was placing it down onto the frame. (dog not included!)
My son is very happy with his new queen bed. This is the 3rd bed we have bought from this company. Also, they are very well packed & deliver quite quickly. Thanks again. Jen & Max.
