What happens once you have placed your order with us? Please see below on how we process your order quickly and efficiently
Item leaves our warehouse next working day after payment is received, unless the item is marked with a specific pre-sale dispatch date
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number and courier company details. It is important to keep an eye on the tracking status updates on the courier website.
For large oversized items, you may be required to provide assistance to the driver to safely unload from the courier vehicle. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.
For all Melbourne orders, please allow for 2-6 working days. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 4-12 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-14 working days, and at times can be longer.
Some items are marked as free shipping. Please note this may however exclude some regional areas inc Gold Coast and Newcastle.

This is the second Tommy Swiss bed that I’ve ordered and have been impressed yet again! You would think this bed is way more expensive than what it actually is. Found the quality to be really good and looks so nice with the boucle fabric. Putting it together took slightly longer than anticipated but honestly not that. Super happy with my choice!
Was looking for a new bed frame for sooo long until I came across this bed and feel inlove! Was such an easy build and looks perfect. If you’re thinking of buying this bed I highly recommend!!

Delivery was fine - not super quick not too slow.
Putting the bed together was a disaster! Instructions were terrible, little to no explanation, diagrams didn’t match the actual bed. I had to contact customer service to help me because the diagram didn’t explain well what to do.
I also received the wrong footer for my bed. Not only that, the other footers were all labelled incorrectly. I tried for hours thinking they wouldn’t have sent me the wrong leg AND labelled 3 of them incorrectly but they DID. So I had to contact them and get the correct footer. (They are lefts and rights for the footers)
Contact was fine - only mon-Fri but I was putting my bed together on the Saturday so, I had to wait for the right footer to be delivered and it was the following week.
Overall now the Bed is complete and I do like it but the process of all of this was not worth it. I wasted so much time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong when it was in fact the wrong piece was sent to me. Screws and holes just didn’t align with ease. And one screw didn’t even have a hole to go onto on the other side. I honestly do wish I purchased elsewhere as it was so time consuming and frustrating to put together. I have put many flat packs together and I did 2 others this week which were SO much better explained and had no wrong parts.
I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
