For all large oversized items, please call the courier company quoting your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery day. For smaller items delivered by Australia Post, if no one is home to sign for the goods, it will be kept at your nearest Post Office for collection.

Great product

Fantastic tv unit, although was a struggle at times to understand the instructions to build it. It had small screws that weren’t holding the draw rollers on, then found another bag in the box stating to replace the original screws with these. A little frustrating to have to pull it apart again. But completed product I would recommend looks great in the house. Lots of compliments.

Overall experience is good, matches expectations

I don't love flat packs but this one was not so bad. There is a mistake in the instructions (I know people say this all the time!) but it actually instructed 2 of the rails to go on upside down, once we figured this out it was ok from there.

reasonable quality for the price.

Everything I thought is was going to be!

I LOVE my entertainment unit....my husband was a bit challenged trying to work out how to put it together but he never gave up...whew! I would definitely order from this company again....easy process start to finish!
