How quickly can you deliver my bed?

For most Melbourne orders, we have an express delivery option which can deliver as quick as the next working day. Please email us if you are in a hurry. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 2-9 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 3-10 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-14 working days, and at times can be longer.

How easy is it to assemble these beds?

We’d like to think that all our beds are relatively easy to put together, but a general rule of thumb is that our platform beds are quicker to assemble than a gas lift or drawer bed, as our storage beds are designed with more moving parts.

Do I need tools to put together my bed?

Most of our beds come with tools provided in the box to put together your bed so there is nothing more you need to assemble. There may be some models which will require a basic screwdriver but that’s it!

Will the colour be exactly the same as shown in your photos?

We strive to ensure that the colour of our fabrics are as close to what you will see in your own bedroom. However, every bedroom has slightly different lighting conditions which can make the colour look a little lighter or darker than our website images. We highly recommend checking out our customer photos which showcase the colours in different bedroom setups which may give you an idea of how the bed will look in your own room.
