Terrible quality and customer service
I have order this at the same time as my new TV. The delivery took about 10 days and when I opened the box, many parts had damages/scratches, especially the main top board was smashed in few corners which are obviously visible when you assemble it. It was very disappointing as my new TV was sitting on the floor for a week by then. When I contacted them, they offered to keep the product as it is for $50 refund, which annoyed me more. You would find better quality 2nd hand with that price. After few emails back and forth, they sent replacement parts. Guess what? They sent the parts that are damaged/scratched again!! I don't think they have any quality management before sending out. I contacted them again, and they asked me to dissemble all parts and repack for return. It has been a month since I placed an initial order, and still haven't got the full refund yet. Absolute waste of time and energy. Photos are just a 'portion' of the damaged parts the first time delivery AND replacement parts.
